Tasks
- Ensure SLA and productivity goal adherence
- Handle damaged and spoiled goods per SOP
- Identify expired and short dated items
- Lead Omni order fulfillment teams
- Maintain SFC BOPIC area organization
- Manage inventory discrepancies and equipment issues
- Package orders according to SOP
- Perform returns processing
- Pick and verify items using RF handheld scanner
- Print shipping labels and packing slips
- Process member orders using pick lists
- Review daily and weekly OMNI reporting
- Support hiring and performance management
- Train and coach team members on policies and best practices
- Update merchandise locations and staging areas
