- Adhere to safety and company policies
- Answer customer calls and direct inquiries
- Communicate repair timelines and status updates
- Complete repair intake forms pictures and notes
- Complete store level administrative tasks
- Deliver in store customer service
- Escalate order repair and inventory exceptions
- Execute BOPIS fulfillment
- Execute BOSS fulfillment
- Follow SOPs and operational controls
- Greet and assist walk in customers
- Maintain logs reports and operational documentation
- Maintain shop and inventory storage areas
- Manage jewelry repair intake
- Order office supplies and branded materials
- Perform merchandise quality control
- Perform physical inventory counts
- Perform quality checks before repair release
- Receive stock and memo inventory
- Reconcile daily inventory tracking
- Remove donation merchandise from inventory
- Support brand initiatives and in store events
- Support customer merchandise pickups
- Support layaway and special order execution
- Support warranty documentation
- Track repair progress
- Update systems with inventory received
- Verify item details and warranty status
