- Audit packages against shipment manifests
- Communicate order issues to store team
- Create invoices
- Create shipping labels
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work area
- Hand packages off to UPS or Canada Post
- Maintain packaging and shipment supplies
- Package and prepare shipments
- Process orders and article transfers in SAP
- Receive and confirm incoming orders
- Retrieve products from back room or sales floor
