- Create Quarto based reports
- Deploy and manage Posit Connect Cloud
- Develop NLP and text analysis pipelines
- Develop prompt engineering for LLM workflows
- Evaluate and integrate AI ML tools and techniques
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Implement semantic search with sentence transformers and FAISS
- Implement version control with Git and GitHub
- Maintain project documentation and technical records
- Maintain research protocols and data protection
- Manage CITI training records
- Manage codebase architecture and presentation layers
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Review pull requests and code contributions
- Support CI CD workflows and dependency management
- Support research documentation and dissemination
