Payer & Provider Enrollment Specialist
Tasks
- Attend RCM and payer calls
- Coordinate with credentialing team on onboarding providers
- Enroll independent providers
- Enroll providers in Medicaid
- Enroll providers in Medicare
- Escalate known enrollment issues to manager
- Follow up with health plans until PAR
- Manage payer enrollment process
- Review provider record taxonomy license specialty
- Submit payer enrollment applications
- Update provider enrollment status in CredentialStream
