- Handle vendor management for facilities
- Implement high performance practices and disciplinary processes
- Lead end-to-end recruitment
- Manage WSIB claims
- Manage cleaning security licensing and facility maintenance
- Manage labor planning and employee relations
- Manage office and fulfillment center site setup
- Perform workforce planning and manage flex up and flex down
- Serve as go to person for office needs and employee inquiries
- Support warehouse leadership with scheduling
