People Transformation & Analytics Consultant
Tasks
- Cascade people metrics to team and manager targets and review cadences
- Conduct workforce planning forecasting and scenario modeling
- Define people metrics dashboards and data models
- Deliver executive ready narratives on people and technology trade offs
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance
- Partner with IT and Data on HR finance and planning systems integrations and releases
- Reinforce adoption routines coach variance to plan and manage people risks
- Run structured change as is to be processes and controls
- Track actuals vs plan and close variances
- Translate people change to business case
