- Define acceptance criteria prioritize work and unblock teams
- Deliver scalable reporting solutions with engineers analysts and architects
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting products
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and governance
- Lead discovery sessions to identify reporting needs and priorities
- Manage customer and stakeholder expectations and updates
- Own product vision roadmap backlog
- Partner to improve data pipelines automation and metadata management
- Respond to data quality issues
- Set standards for definitions metrics and reporting structures
- Support adoption and change management with documentation and training
- Translate customer problems into product requirements and success metrics
