Tasks
- Analyze ML data tickets productivity and efficiency metrics
- Coordinate with program management and global operations leaders
- Ensure ML data workflow quality compliance
- Ensure SLA and task completion targets
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance requirements
- Identify risks and manage escalations
- Implement process improvements using Kaizen Six Sigma or Lean
- Manage ML data operations
- Manage speech and language solutions delivery
- Present data in business meetings
- Provide feedback and coaching to direct reports
- Provide status reports
