Tasks
- Analyze and communicate results through presentations and publications
- Apply interpretable machine learning to nominate therapeutic targets
- Collaborate with wet lab partners to validate and iterate models
- Design and build machine learning models for efferocytosis event detection and deconvolution
- Develop end to end analysis toolkit and reproducible workflows
- Ensure scientific and ethical compliance
- Generate and curate training and validation datasets and benchmarking metrics
- Integrate model outputs with biological interpretation and macrophage state transitions
