- Assess client data estates for AI readiness
- Coordinate scope ownership across cloud networking and applications
- Create reusable proofs of concept and pilots
- Define competency model career path and enablement plan
- Define inference architecture and runtime sizing
- Define machine learning feature engineering evaluation datasets
- Define orchestration tool integration and memory state management
- Deliver internal enablement for sales and delivery teams
- Design vector and semantic search solutions
- Develop and defend AI reference architectures
- Establish production readiness criteria for agentic systems
- Implement human in the loop controls and evaluation
- Lead AI presales solution architecture
- Manage AI RFP responses and executive briefings
- Provide cross practice architectural oversight
- Qualify opportunities and recommend when AI is not suitable
- Recruit and lead AI architect team
- Run whiteboard sessions and technical workshops
- Serve as public technical voice for AI thought leadership
- Set standards for architecture artifacts and client deliverables
