Tasks
- Authorize and prepare IFS invoices
- Complete client closure procedures
- Conduct annual status reviews
- Conduct disaster planning activities
- Coordinate and monitor IFS service delivery
- Create and update support plans
- Document contacts and case management activities
- Facilitate iBudget waiver enrollment process
- Identify local state and community resources
- Issue written notices of crisis denial or approval
- Perform quarterly review activities
- Process crisis identification tool reviews
- Provide technical assistance on crisis waiver process
- Request missing supporting documentation
- Support coordination for developmental disability consumers
- Track and coordinate crisis waiver enrollment requests
- Update client records in APD iConnect
