- Drive knowledge sharing on emerging AI trends and best practices
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST
- Implement model evaluation for accuracy robustness and fairness
- Implement reasoning decision making and multi modal understanding
- Improve clinical decision making and operational outcomes
- Mentor AI scientists and engineers via code reviews
- Partner with engineering to move prototypes into production
- Serve as technical authority on Agentic and Generative AI
