- Ensure scalable robust delivery aligned to business outcomes
- Ensure secure compliant reliable solution delivery
- Execute database performance assessments and capacity planning
- Implement DataOps monitoring alerting and optimization
- Implement observability and performance best practices
- Implement real time analytics platforms
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects
- Lead enterprise data modernization initiatives
