- Assess at risk projects and establish recovery path
- Champion secure coding test driven development and observability
- Co define governed trusted analytics and AI ready architectures
- Define and track Business KPIs for AI initiatives
- Define engineering guardrails and quality standards
- Deliver data platform solutions with Microsoft Fabric and Azure services
- Deliver database performance assessments and capacity planning
- Design and operate large scale batch and streaming data pipelines
- Drive Agile DevOps and CI CD delivery methodologies
- Drive DataOps monitoring alerting and continuous optimization
- Drive engineering excellence with reusable components and scalable architecture
- Embed AI-first principles into delivery workflows
- Ensure scalable robust delivery aligned to client outcomes
- Ensure secure compliant and reliable solution delivery
- Execute query tuning and execution plan analysis
- Implement real time analytics platforms and tune event streams
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
- Lead client engagement and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects
- Lead enterprise data modernization and target state design
- Lead innovation in delivery models accelerators and reusable assets
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies
- Optimize delivery models for AI-native execution
- Oversee technical execution across multiple projects
- Partner with stakeholders on key initiatives and provide execution oversight
- Perform data pipeline performance assessments and tuning
- Support pre sales solutioning with estimations proof of concepts and proposals
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Use design thinking for user centric solutions
