- Design build and deliver scalable data platform capabilities
- Drive end to end data lifecycle planning prioritization
- Ensure operational excellence and platform cost optimization
- Evaluate and drive adoption of new platform capabilities and AI technologies
- Improve data literacy and promote data excellence best practices
- Lead transformation of Databricks platform into AI ready foundation
- Provide technical leadership to domain data teams
