Tasks
- Build retrieval and re ranking improvements
- Communicate tradeoffs through technical proposals notebooks and dashboards
- Conduct offline and online evaluation using A B testing and golden datasets
- Define evaluation strategy for conversational and agentic search
- Design quality metrics and decision frameworks for RAG and agents
- Mentor teams on experiment design and evaluation methodology
- Productionize evaluation pipelines telemetry dashboards and CI guardrails
- Prototype and evaluate multimodal and contextual agent enhancements
