- Build modernization roadmap
- Conduct design and code reviews
- Create reusable accelerators libraries templates and playbooks
- Define target state architecture
- Design real time and near real time insights
- Drive modernization to cloud native platforms
- Ensure compliance with risk framework and data privacy
- Ensure observability for data and application services
- Ensure resiliency scalability and operational readiness
- Establish architectural patterns and guardrails
- Evaluate emerging tools run POCs and publish decision records
- Implement CI CD for data and infrastructure
- Lead enterprise alignment with architecture risk and product

- Migrate Informatica and legacy workloads to cloud
- Provide architectural oversight for payment tracker
