- Ensure scalability reliability disaster recovery and cost requirements
- Establish rollback plans for production incidents
- Identify and escalate development blockers
- Improve ML iteration loops
- Improve code performance testability maintainability cost
- Improve troubleshooting guides wikis tests and telemetry
- Incorporate open source and managed services in designs
- Lead coding and validation strategy
- Lead distributed services for large scale training
- Lead live site operations mitigation and minimum permissions
- Oversee design testing and hypothesis validation
- Oversee secure maintainable testable performant code
- Own product solution architecture and design decisions
- Plan capacity failover and backup restore for disaster recovery
- Provide technical leadership for AI tool use in SDLC
- Run incident postmortems and drive remediation
