Principal QA Architect - Infinia
Tasks
- Architect correctness under failure scenarios
- Build automation platform with developer self service
- Conduct design reviews and document architectural decisions
- Define architectural standards and extension points
- Design distributed system automation for clustering membership failover recovery
- Design reusable Python libraries and pytest fixtures
- Enable testing for APIs CLIs storage systems and distributed workloads
- Execute tests consistently across AWS and GCP
- Implement resilience and chaos testing
- Integrate performance and stress testing into CI CD
- Integrate telemetry with Grafana Prometheus and ELK
- Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Mentor engineers on Python pytest and automation architecture
- Own test automation framework architecture
- Support execution on Kubernetes Docker hypervisors and bare metal
- Validate POSIX filesystem semantics
- Validate S3 compatible object storage block and networked storage
- Validate horizontal and elastic scaling
- Validate throughput latency stability and detect regressions
