- Apply statistical screening and quality monitoring
- Build automated reporting systems
- Coordinate with foundries OSATs and quality management systems
- Define platform roadmap and governance
- Define system requirements and integrations between MES and analytics platforms
- Design databases ETL pipelines and dashboards
- Develop automation solutions for engineering productivity
- Develop operational tools for NPI and production ramp
- Develop yield learning analytics
- Establish analytics best practices and reporting standards
- Implement outlier detection and excursion monitoring
- Lead tool evaluation and user training
- Optimize quality screening methodologies
- Own manufacturing analytics platform ecosystem
- Own semiconductor manufacturing data ecosystem end to end
- Own test analytics strategy
- Reduce test escape and DPPM
- Standardize manufacturing data flows and interfaces
