Principal Software Engineer – AI Systems for Engineering Workflows
BENGALURU, KARNATAKA, India

Tasks
- Collaborate with teams and domain experts to scale solutions
- Define technical direction and propose architecture improvements
- Design and implement scalable AI powered workflow solutions
- Design for rate limits retry error handling and production supportability
- Develop tools supporting systems and infrastructure for AI adoption
- Drive AI enabled DevOps transformation roadmap
- Ensure automation aligns with reliability safety and regulatory commitments
- Establish evaluation telemetry monitoring observability and continuous improvement
- Identify engineering workflows to offload to AI systems
- Implement build and test triage and failure analysis intelligence
- Lead design and delivery of AI enabled build test and release workflows
- Mentor teams on AI ML fundamentals and automation practices
- Own initiatives from concept architecture through rollout validation and adoption
- Partner with leaders to drive adoption of intelligent automation and data driven decisions
- Provide debugging assistance and release decision support
- Review technical designs and mentor engineers
- Turn ideas into production ready solutions
