Principal Software Engineer, DevOps
Tasks
- Assist with capacity planning and performance tuning
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Build and maintain off device platform infrastructure
- Drive automation for operational tasks
- Drive continuous improvement for processes and infrastructure
- Lead design implementation and maintenance of scalable systems on AWS and on premise
- Mentor engineers in DevOps practices
- Monitor system performance uptime and SLO compliance
- Oversee deployment and management of containerized applications with Kubernetes
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
- Support SOC2 security compliance for data handling
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Use Terraform for infrastructure as code provisioning and management
