Principal Software Engineer (Gradient AI)
Tasks
- Build AI driven automation using infrastructure as code and CI CD pipelines
- Develop internal tooling leveraging agents for engineering efficiency and quality
- Drive architecture design and evolution for agent development experience
- Enforce design testing deployment instrumentation and performance best practices
- Establish technical standards coding practices and tooling
- Lead operations excellence for agent development platform
- Manage benchmarking system for agent experience
- Mentor engineers and lead architectural rigor
- Oversee availability performance tuning failover capacity planning and disaster recovery
- Serve as subject matter expert for agent development paradigms
- Support AI modernization initiatives with customer facing teams
- Translate strategic objectives into scalable technical roadmaps
