Principal Software Engineer / Principal AI Engineer

Tasks
- Act as primary technical contact for external resources
- Build assess and harden AI prototypes and proofs of concept
- Codify validated solutions into reusable patterns and starter kits
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies
- Design and govern reusable agentic AI patterns
- Design complex data models
- Ensure delivery meets architecture security and data governance standards
- Establish baselines and measure outcomes
- Finalize requirements with stakeholders and end users
- Implement orchestration tool use memory and retrieval
- Maintain visibility of in flight AI pilots and prevent duplication
- Mentor and elevate engineers
- Own technical execution from discovery to production
- Recommend infrastructure hosting and data residency
- Write specifications and fix complex bugs
