- Assess and harden AI prototypes and proofs of concept
- Build and integrate AI agents with tools memory and retrieval
- Codify validated solutions into reusable patterns and starter kits
- Design complex data models
- Design reusable agentic AI patterns
- Ensure architecture security and data governance standards
- Establish baselines and measure outcomes
- Implement LLM orchestration and production guardrails
- Integrate AI into enterprise systems via APIs and data pipelines
- Lead technical execution from discovery to production
- Maintain visibility of in flight AI pilots to enable reuse
- Mentor and elevate engineers and drive delivery
- Present requirements and make architectural decisions with stakeholders
- Recommend infrastructure hosting and data residency
- Write specifications and fix complex bugs
