- Capture and advocate for customer feedback for roadmap
- Collaborate with field SA teams on complex opportunities
- Create technical content and deliver workshops
- Mentor SAs on FSx Lustre architecture patterns
- Partner with product and GTM teams on technical strategies
- Provide architectural guidance for HPC and machine learning workloads
- Serve as primary technical specialist for FSx Lustre
