- Analyze utilization adherence and productivity trends
- Build short medium and long term capacity plans
- Define functional requirements with operations finance HR data and technology
- Deliver executive ready analytics and dashboards
- Design and govern models linking demand capacity utilization and service outcomes
- Evaluate vendors and support business cases
- Identify staffing gaps surpluses and workforce risk
- Lead demand forecasting across operational queues
- Lead selection and evolution of workforce planning and forecasting tools
- Model scenarios across demand volatility automation and productivity
- Own workforce planning and capacity modelling framework
- Support intraday and short term decision making
- Translate demand into staffing and FTE models
