Product Manager - Customer Analytics
Tasks
- Build hand built dashboards for top customers
- Create performance dashboards revenue deep dives and cross customer benchmarks
- Define BI roadmap for new insights templates and automated workflows
- Deliver analytics to external users through embedded or client facing reporting
- Identify and interpret key datasets to drive customer decision making
- Own customer facing analytics and business intelligence surface
- Partner with customers to define core views and insights
