Product & Ops Lead
Tasks
- Analyze customer machine learning workflows
- Coordinate cross functional work with product research and engineering teams
- Define product direction from customer insights and AI trends
- Drive renewals expansions and upsell opportunities
- Manage customer relationships end to end
- Operate and improve contributor and data platforms
- Scope and manage projects across data generation benchmarking and platform operations
- Serve as technical point of contact for customer engagements
- Support customer acquisition with demos technical scoping and proposals
- Translate customer needs into engineering requirements
