• Collaborate with ML backend and client engineers on system design and iteration
• Define and evolve evaluation frameworks for offline metrics online experiments and human feedback
• Define end to end AI product requirements
• Drive execution through specifications prioritization and technical judgment
• Establish quality bars and feedback loops for AI experiences
• Identify failure modes and ensure predictable recoverable AI behavior
• Make trade offs across quality latency cost reliability safety and UX
• Own product quality correctness reliability usefulness and user trust
• Translate model behavior evaluation results and constraints into product decisions
