Tasks
- Coach and develop area managers supervisors and teams
- Coordinate with cross functional departments for end to end processes
- Ensure safety quality hygiene compliance
- Handle escalation management
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Lead daily operations in plating RTI and fulfillment
- Manage SQCDP performance metrics and shift output
- Plan staffing and manage material flow
- Standardize processes using continuous improvement initiatives
- Support product launches scaling projects and automation initiatives
