Professional Services Engineer
Tasks
- Assess and resolve unexpected issues
- Collaborate with product development and process improvement
- Configure VAST systems
- Develop training and runbooks
- Install VAST data solution
- Perform break fix requests
- Provide process ownership for field activities
- Relocate VAST clusters
- Stay current with VAST software releases
- Test and troubleshoot VAST deployments
- Troubleshoot hardware rack stack cable and labeling
