Tasks
- Communicate project details and training to associates and crowd resources
- Compile daily production reports
- Complete end of day reporting for handoff
- Coordinate day to day project operations
- Coordinate with other coordinators project managers and senior project managers for coverage
- Follow and update Lean documentation
- Identify process improvements and waste
- Maintain project timekeeping records
- Resolve resource level project issues
- Respond to updates and changes from project management
- Serve as point of contact for project associates and crowd resources
- Track and meet project KPIs
