Tasks
- Align data structure indicators and dashboard functionality
- Analyze dashboard data for monitoring reporting
- Capture and disseminate good practices
- Conduct data quality assessments
- Create visualizations filters for reporting
- Design and operationalize analytical tools for advanced analysis
- Design develop and deploy Power BI dashboard
- Develop evaluation framework for dashboard feasibility and impact
- Document processes and prepare user guidance and SOPs
- Guide Country Offices inputs into Quantum and Quantum Plus
- Identify data gaps and recommend improvements
- Implement automated validation rules and data governance
- Integrate data sources from Excel SharePoint and internal systems
- Manage internal dashboard capturing unregistered opportunities
- Prepare periodic reports with insights and recommendations
- Prepare progress reports and technical notes
- Provide technical advisory support to Country Offices
- Support presentations for management reviews
