Project Engineer, Data Centre #catalystWSP
Tasks
- Champion safety consciousness and comply with health and safety protocols
- Collect data from systems and report findings to SMEs
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for planned maintenance and breakdown activities
- Coordinate with construction vendors to address water seepages and leakages
- Develop contingency plans for ACMV system failures
- Develop maintenance schedules to enhance equipment life and reduce downtime
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Implement tech refresh programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan
- Maintain building facility plumbing sewage and water tanks
- Manage system maintenance program and ensure operational reliability
- Monitor progress and ensure timeline and budget adherence
- Perform fire protection system inspections testing and maintenance
- Perform root cause analysis and implement mitigation plans
- Plan repairs within stipulated timeframes
- Reduce waste and carbon emissions
- Restore critical cooling and ventilation services with stakeholders
- Schedule inspections cleaning and servicing
- Support emergency and critical events
