Project Procurement Fulfillment Specialist
Tasks
- Build and manage procurement schedules
- Close supplier related NCRs and drive recovery plans
- Coordinate engineering quality sourcing logistics and planning for documentation readiness
- Ensure on time delivery for project materials and services
- Ensure procurement compliance with quality and EHS requirements
- Identify supplier risks early and provide status updates
- Issue purchase orders on schedule
- Monitor supplier quality and cost performance
- Prepare monthly vendor progress reporting
- Support claims management and cost tracking
- Track and manage procurement and delivery milestones
