- Conduct audits and provide feedback
- Confirm compliance with NCQA and CMS credentialing requirements
- Facilitate conflict resolution
- Identify new solutions to problems
- Process provider applications and re applications
- Reduce errors and improve processes
- Review applications and load into database tracking system
- Serve as technical resource to team
- Solve complex problems independently
- Submit 10 to 15 provider enrollment applications daily
- Support project teams across functions
