- Complete and submit applications to health plans
- Enroll practitioners in health plans
- Ensure enrollment timeliness and target start dates
- Escalate enrollment issues to management
- Follow up until enrollment is complete
- Maintain provider profiles in CAQH
- Maintain provider profiles in IntelliCred
- Monitor delegated agreement enrollment reports
- Validate plan enrollment forms
- Verify provider information accuracy
