Tasks
- Communicate enrollment updates to practice operations
- Coordinate provider enrollment and re-enrollment processes
- Develop and maintain tracking databases and spreadsheets
- Explain credentialing and recredentialing requirements to providers and managers
- Identify and resolve verification problems
- Maintain provider credentialing data and matrices
- Obtain and verify provider information from sources
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Resolve enrollment issues with providers and staff
- Search for process improvements
