Purchasing Data Analyst
Tasks
- Configure SKUs and GL sub account mappings
- Coordinate with marketing accounting and warehouse to resolve data and receiving issues
- Create KPI dashboards
- Ensure purchasing documentation is complete and accurate
- Generate purchase orders
- Improve process workflows
- Maintain cGMP compliance
- Maintain min max inventory levels for suppliers
- Manage COA documentation
- Manage data accuracy across purchasing inventory and product systems
- Perform variance analysis
- Support regulatory licensing for raw materials and packaging
- Synchronize data across ERP and inventory platforms
- Track budgets
- Validate costs quantities and inventory levels
