Order Fulfillment Supervisor Full Time
Tasks
- Assess team member performance provide feedback
- Drive club performance
- Ensure order picking meets productivity requirements
- Handle damaged goods and spoiled products
- Handle returns processing
- Identify expired or short dated items
- Lead omni digital initiatives administration
- Maintain SOP adherence
- Maintain clean organized omni space
- Manage inventory and equipment issues
- Manage staffing and department coverage
- Meet service level agreements
- Perform omni order fulfillment functions
- Pick merchandise using pick list and RF device
- Print packing slips shipping labels and staging tickets
- Process member orders
- Provide team leadership
- Review and manage ordering and replenishment of supplies
- Review daily and weekly OMNI reporting
- Securely package orders
- Support hiring and performance management
- Train and coach omni experience ambassadors
- Update merchandise locations and staging areas
- Verify merchandise using RF scanner
