Tasks
- Automate ML development release and operational processes
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build ML pipelines
- Design end to end MLOps pipelines for training testing deployment monitoring
- Develop and maintain CI CD pipelines for ML workflows and platform components
- Ensure security adherence and compliance including data privacy and model explainability
- Implement monitoring and observability for models and pipelines including data drift model performance system health
- Improve platform reliability security cost performance
- Maintain comprehensive MLOps process documentation
- Mentor team members and provide technical assistance
- Operationalise models on AWS SageMaker including training pipelines model registry batch inference real time endpoints
- Provide production support and technical troubleshooting for ML platforms and services
- Support LLM and generative AI workloads including fine tuning inference optimization deployment
