Tasks

Conduct functional regression integration system testing for GenAI and VoiceAI applications
Develop and maintain test cases and automation frameworks
Execute automation scripts and perform log analysis for AI services and telephony servers
Perform IVR testing including call flows speech recognition prompts routing and fallback handling
Review requirements and define acceptance criteria with product and engineering teams
