QA Environment & Data Lead
Tasks
- Automate test data generation and data reusability
- Build and maintain enterprise test data repository
- Coordinate environment provisioning and upgrades
- Define release test environment scope and test data needs
- Define test data management architecture and tooling
- Deliver and oversee test data management service
- Develop KPIs for test data and test environments
- Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure environment readiness for testing
- Execute QA test data management roadmap
- Govern test environments lifecycle
- Identify and implement testing process improvements
- Implement test data governance
- Maintain environment configuration baselines
- Maintain gold copy test data sets
- Manage service levels and reporting
- Manage version inventory
- Monitor environment stability availability and performance
- Plan schedule and communicate environment and data refreshes
- Prevent version drift between QA and production
- Resolve environment scheduling conflicts
- Support audit and compliance for QA practices
- Validate post migration data accuracy
