• Administer facility observation checklists and send data to server daily
• Collect quantitative data using Kobo Collect
• Conduct facility surveys and send records to central server daily
• Conduct household surveys and send records to central server daily
• Ensure data security and manage recording devices and smartphones
• Field test data collection tools
• Notify study team of severe adverse events protocol deviations or ethical issues
• Participate in data collection training
• Protect confidential and sensitive data
• Screen recruit and consent study participants
• Submit daily activity reports
