Tasks
- Analyze trade offs across relevance latency and cost in large scale systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy research into production at scale
- Contribute to long term research and product direction
- Define and implement evaluation methodologies and quality metrics for agent native search
- Design multi stage retrieval pipelines for query understanding rewriting and reranking
- Develop grounding approaches using real time web data for LLMs
- Drive applied research for retrieval ranking and agent centric search systems
- Lead experimentation on hybrid search embedding based retrieval and cross encoders
- Mentor engineers and researchers and raise technical bar
