- Analyze recruitment data and metrics
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters
- Create recruitment analytics reports
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs reports
- Develop standardized reporting tools and methodologies
- Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly reports

- Perform process mapping and optimization
