Tasks
- Acquire new surgeons and users
- Conduct surgical evaluations
- Convert surgeons to spine enabling technologies procedures
- Coordinate with sales reps and districts
- Create follow up plans for new customers
- Develop regional sales growth plans
- Drive regional account penetration
- Integrate Spine Enabling Technologies into spine surgery
- Maintain MBO reporting
- Maintain awareness of local competitive conditions
- Provide field training for sales force
- Provide technical expertise and clinical resources
- Sell Spine Enabling Technologies
- Train core spine reps physicians and hospital staff
- Train residents and fellows at academic institutions
