- Build career and succession plans
- Coordinate team work demand and delivery
- Create and maintain Workday reporting and dashboard standards
- Create and maintain regulatory reporting documentation
- Deliver People Analytics projects to time quality and compliance standards
- Deliver Workday Reporting and Tableau solutions end to end
- Deliver global People Analytics reporting framework standard and custom reports
- Ensure regulatory reporting controls
- Manage regulatory reporting delivery and sign off
- Manage regulatory responses and questionnaires
- Manage technical specialists day to day
- Perform technology research and adoption
- Produce reporting documentation for committees
- Triage new work estimate effort and plan workloads
